What is the Competency-Based Curriculum?

The Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) is Kenya's national education system, introduced to shift the focus of learning from rote memorisation to skills, values, and real-world application. At Sikri Academy, we have fully embraced CBC as the framework for all teaching and learning across every level, from our ECDE learners through Primary and Junior Secondary schools in Homa Bay County.
